Pratyahara:

This is the fifth step of yoga. As I described in my earlier posts, ashtanga yoga is divided into two parts.

The first five levels are called as bahiranga yoga and the remaining three are called as antarang yoga. So this is the last step or level of bahiranga yoga.

“svavisayasamprayogacittasvarupanukaraivendriyanam pratyaharah”|

Pratyahara is in –drawing the mind away from perceptible external sensory stimuli by practice. Usually our sense organs are used to perceive the things happening around us. Mind can be calmed by practicing pratyahara. Pratyahara is gaining control over the sense organs and focusing on single thought or goal. Here in yoga the mind is practiced to focus on the universal divinity.

 THE  GREAT  HEALER  MOTHER  NATURE

We  all  know  there  is  direct  connection  between  the  body  and  mind.  We  used  to  hear  "sound  body  in  a  sound  mind".  These  are  not  just two  lines.  they  are  the  poem  of  life.
We  a  to  be  healthy,  because  healthy life  is  our  birth  right.  Is  it  really  a  tough  thing  to  be  healthy'  No  it  is  as  easy  as  to  breath.

the  fig  shows  that  80%  of  our  population  is  suffering  from  dis-ease.  It  may  have  deffer  in  names  ego,  jealousy, bad  experience,  crises  in  the  relation,  which  leads  to  a  psychosomatic  disease.  Actually  a  cell  reproduces  50  times  before  it  dies.  Yes  this  is  true  means  the  supreme  sole  want  us  to  be  heal,  if  something  goes  wrong  the  mother  tries  her   best  to regain  the  natural  health.

forgive  and  forget

our  holy  books,  sages,  forefathers  taught  us  the  very  basic  things  to  overcome  the  situation.  the  things  are  forgive  and  forget.  Though  they  seem  very  local  have  the  huge  strength  to  work  globally.  there may  be  ups  and  downs  in  the  life,  but  we  can  certainly  change  the  things  by  forgiving  the  person  or  situation  who  is  constantly  teasing  you.  The  next  step  is  to  forget  the  things  and  start  a  fresh  one.  It  is  not  hard,  It  is  very  smooth  just  like  mother  or  like  feather.  But  we  make  the  thing  to  be  tough  to  bother  thinking  again  and  again.  Now  we  get  the  key,  To  get  peace  of  mind.

Mantra  for  long  life

The  Rishis  in  the  forests  discovered  various  methods  of  prolonging  life.  Yagya,  Havana,Asana,Pranayam,  Kapal-Bhati,  are  driven  things  which  leads  to  healthy  and  happy  lifa  with  full  of  peace  of  mind.   ALWAYS  CHERISH  NOBLE  THOUGHTS.,If  thinking  is  good  your  deeds  will  be  good.  There  is  no  extra  efforts  required.  One  has  to  wake  up  early  in  the  morning  and  perform  some  yoga  postures.  One  must  do  yoga  under guidance.    a  well  qualified  master.  Start  with  some  simple  poses  then  gradually  move  toward  other  poses.

Addition  to  these  exercise  one  must  have  a  long  walking.  Walking  is  a  great  exercise  itself.
If  a  person  walks  regularly,  may  not  to  take  medicine.  As  walking  in  early  in  the  morning  is  more  beneficial  for  health  because  there  is  less  pollution  in  the  morning,  and  one  can  full  advantage  of  pure  and  beautiful  nature. According  to  survey  the  person  walks  for  an  hour  has  less  possibilities  of  heart  disease's,  and  other  coronary  problems'

Fasting  a  day  weekly  or  fortnight  is  very  good. Our  body  systems  need  some  rest. We  usually  eat  more  than  the  actual  requirement.  So  there  is  extra  work  load  on  our  bodily systems.  As  we  are  ignorant  about  this,  the  body  has  to  work  extra  to  digest  the  food.
Thus  sometimes  we  feel  uneasy  and  diseased.  So  the  fasting  is  very  much  importance  in  our life.  Many  cultures  have  the  importance  as  holy  rituals.  Our  fore  father  are  learned  one'and  placed  the  fasting  on  the.  So  we  should  move  forward  to  be  healthier  and  happier  life.
