§  Good for pregnant women-
It is healthy for pregnant womends. Cauliflower is a flowering vegetable rich in Folate, Zinc,Vitamins and minerals. As we know very well, the developing life in womb gets its nutrition through a special tissue called ‘Placenta’.
Placenta is strengthened and is activated by the appropriate content of Sulfur, Folate and minerals. The nutritive value of cauliflower is very high thus helps in proper development of fetus in womb.
§  Possesses anti-cancer properties-
It has  power to boost immunity and prevent from cancer.Cauliflower is well-known for its anti-cancerous properties. The content of zinc, potassium, biotin and folate are proven to reduce the risk of it in our body.
Actually, when we eat cauliflower in a regular basis a special protective shield forms in our body that boosts our immunity.

It is detoxifier of baby.Cauliflower is rich in water content and vitamins.
